TRAKAmerica is proud to nominate Crystal Torres, Senior Vice President of Client Services, for her outstanding contributions and exceptional leadership. Crystal has been an important leader with TRAKAmerica since 2010 and from the very start has been instrumental in the growth of the organization. 

She has developed and trained innumerable associates at TRAKAmerica, identifying talented individuals and growing them into key associates, with many of them becoming our current managers, directors and vice presidents. Crystal has accomplished this by being one of the rare leaders who is able to dig into the most minute detail with her people, teaching them how to problem solve and come up with complex solutions. At the same time, she guides some of the very senior leaders within our industry by consulting and providing expert advice that only someone with her wealth of experience can give. 
   
Crystal’s commitment to going above and beyond for clients has had a significant impact on TRAK’s growth and reputation. Her willingness to listen, adapt, and respond to the unique challenges and requirements of clients and projects has been invaluable. It is evident that Crystal genuinely cares about the success of our clients, and that dedication has fostered a sense of trust and loyalty among each of them.
