Bette Capaldo's ability to embrace change combined with her unwavering focus have allowed her to launch multiple products with ease and grace. Her exceptional performance has elevated her company and her colleagues.

Bette Capaldo describes herself as a change agent, a visionary and a leader. These are no idle claims. 

Ever since she arrived at Phillips & Cohen Associates (PCA), she has made her impact felt. She tackled any and every obstacle to clear a path for the launch of The Estate Registry (TER), a new PCA business, and helped bring about the successful launch of its InheritNOW, NotifyNOW and LegacyNOW products. 

As Vice President of Operations for TER, and an accomplished professional with more than 30 years of expertise in operational change management, she has led the team into a new world with an unwavering attention to detail. Empowered to project manage change, she achieved precisely that in an organized, professional, and collaborative way, bringing both the senior team and her colleagues along with her on the journey. 

Whereas many fear change, Bette’s skill is in making others not just accept change but positively embrace it and what the future holds. An equal skill is that at all times she never loses sight of why change is needed, what the new organization can bring, and the new products it can deliver to give customers a better outcome. She understands that the need for operational change should not distract from the fundamental need to protect the customer. She constantly demonstrates an ability as a self-starter, never afraid to do the heavy lifting herself when the need dictates or speak up when faced with a robust challenge.

Bette is the conductor in a large orchestra behind the technological development and implementation of all of our services, working to tight deadlines and always in compliance with the appropriate regulatory regime. Thanks to Bette, and the foundations she has put in place, TER is now on a new and exciting journey to transform how people see, experience, and manage the passing of a loved one.
