2023 Move Maker: Lauren Valenzuela

Lauren Valenzuela (TrueAccord) is always learning and connecting. Her positive energy and outlook bring people together and make her an influential industry figure.

Lauren is the best of the best. She is an incredibly talented and thoughtful attorney with exceptional skills for communicating through complex and high-emotion situations. 

Lauren is always first to raise her hand when an opportunity pops up to educate others, to bring people together, or to brainstorm a creative way forward — whether related to work or not. 

I've known Lauren since we both started in the industry right around the same time and it's been a joy to see her jump into very thoughtful roles at different companies and become a staple in industry groups. 

Lauren has never met a stranger and is able to connect with just about everyone, which means many of us get the honor of calling her our friend. Her thirst for knowledge means she is always learning and her desire to help others means that she is always sharing what she's learned. 

The industry shines bright because Lauren is a part of it, and Lauren's future shines even brighter.
