About:

Cara started her journey in the accounts receivable management industry four years ago as one of the first members of the Audit and Compliance Team at Spring Oaks Capital. During her tenure, she has worked in many areas across the department. In her role as the Senior Quality Assurance Agent, she was instrumental in the development and documentation of dispute-handling processes while managing other responsibilities including complaint investigations, bankruptcy proof of claim filing, media, and training new agents. Her promotion to Digital Communications Auditor in 2023 expanded her role with a focus on auditing and digital communications testing. In this unique position, Cara has supported the evolution of Spring Oaks Capital’s digital communications processes while ensuring that all compliance requirements are met. Cara was recently promoted to Compliance Manager. She looks forward to continuing to grow within the department as she transitions into her new role.

In her free time, Cara enjoys spending time outdoors biking and snowboarding, or you can find her whipping up a yummy dish in the kitchen!
