Bio:

Danielle Banner joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. in October 2023 as Vice President in Control Management for Connected Commerce Offers & Shopping. In this role, she partners with business executives and process and product owners to prevent, detect, and manage operational risk through robust controls and oversight.

With over 20 years of experience in financial services, Danielle has expertise in driving growth through leadership, innovation, and creating value. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, she was Executive Vice President at Estate Information Services (EIS), a debt collection agency focused on decedent and bankruptcy accounts. At EIS, Danielle successfully navigated regulatory changes and organizational transformation by implementing process automation and fostering a collaborative, control-minded culture. Under her leadership, EIS achieved best audit results among the partner network of a top U.S. credit card issuer.

Danielle is passionate about mentoring and empowering others' personal and professional development. She serves on the Advisory Board for the Women In Leadership Program at Ashland University, has participated in the Deloitte Wise Women Forum, and contributes to multiple Chase Business Resource Groups. 

Her commitment to uplifting others earned Danielle the 2023 Women In Consumer Finance Uplift Award as a Career Champion. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Criminology from The Ohio State University. Danielle resides in German Village, Columbus with her partner, Jonathan and their fur baby, Chuck Norris.
