For the last two decades, Ginny has worked at the forefront of financial technology, spearheading high-growth businesses and cultivating diverse, high-performing teams, holding senior leadership roles at Visa (Visa Direct, Visa Innovation Center), FIS (Global Real Time Payments), Accenture (Payments Advisory).  She has led innovative teams in fintech (both startup and scaled), focusing on building and developing new payment technologies that catalyze financial inclusion, access, and empowerment. 

A recognized payments expert and thought leader, Ginny has shared forward-leaning perspectives on commerce and faster payments at major industry events and outlets such as PYMNTS, DC Fintech Week, Money 2020, American Banker, and Faster Payments Council to engage and help progress the global fintech community.
