Leslie Johnson is the Head of Diversity & Inclusion for Regional Banking.
As a Diversity & Inclusion Executive, Leslie leads a team responsible for driving the diversity and inclusion strategy for businesses in Regional Banking to ensure Bank of America continues to be a great place to work, where all employees feel they have the opportunity to achieve their goals. This includes growing the diverse representation of our workforce, promoting an inclusive workplace, and leveraging diversity and inclusion to meet the needs of our clients to drive responsible growth.
Leslie joined Bank of America in Delaware in 1995 as a Management Development Associate. She has held leadership positions in several areas of the company, including Client Protection, Affinity Management, Marketing, Customer Service, Learning, Global Talent, and Human Resources.
Leslie graduated from the University of Virginia, where she majored in Rhetoric and Communication Studies and Sociology.
Leslie is a member of Bank of America’s Black Executive Leadership Advisory Council and serves as Chairwoman on the Catawba Lands Conservancy & Carolina Thread Trail board of directors. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, an organization dedicated to community service.
