About:

Roni Teson began her career in the credit and collection industry as a late-stage recovery agent in 1991. She quickly moved into operational leadership roles and in 2005, transitioned to a full-time role on a business development team for a collection agency headquartered in Houston, Texas. Today, as Vice President of Business Development at AllianceOne Inc., Roni manages the sales pipeline, contract negotiations, account management duties, new client acquisition, new client launch oversight, proposal writing, development of marketing materials, presentation preparation and delivery, coordinates site visits, works directly with operations and executives, communicates with TP USA peers to coordinate sales efforts, and has been on the Teleperformance (AllianceOne) collection team since her stage IV cancer went into remission over twelve years ago. With a BS degree in Marketing from Cal State Long Beach, Roni returned to college in 2019 and obtained a Master of Fine Arts for Creative Writing from Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
