Shandell Berryman Howell is an Extended Operations Manager at Capital One with over 25 years of people leadership experience. During her tenure, she has successfully led several teams in risk management, process management, project management, and change management while mentoring future leaders.

Shandell is also a Licensed and Ordained Minister and a published author who recently obtained a Master’s Degree in Divinity (Summa cum laude). In addition to her role at Capital One, Shandell’s journey also includes pastoring a church and pursuing a Doctorate Degree in Christian Education with a concentration in Strategic Ministry. She attributes her success in servant leadership to her faith, family, friends, colleagues, and genuine passion to see others succeed in life.

Shandell looks forward to sharing her story, “Don’t Dim Your Light Anymore!” in hopes of inspiring others to: 1. Always believe in themselves, 2. Never downplay their gifts and skills, and 3. Align their gifts and skills in both personal and work life unapologetically.
