2023 Move Maker: Kelly Burns

Kelly Burns has moved through the ranks at Mariner Finance and excelled at every level.

I have known Kelly for the last 16 years with Mariner Finance. During this time, I have watched her grow in the company. She has been in different roles—operations, training, and now she’s side by side with the COO and CEO.  

Kelly has excelled in all of her positions. She constantly exceeds everyone's expectations. She doesn’t wait to be told what to do. She doesn’t wait to learn what a specific department or position entails. She doesn’t wait for the last minute of a deadline. 

Not only is she fantastic at her job, she’s also a great mentor, friend, and a mom of 4 year old twins. How does she do it all?

I am proud to know her, work with her, and to be her friend. She can count on me and I know I can count on her.
