2023 Move Maker: Le'nore Caldwell

Le'nore Caldwell doesn't just excel in her career at Spring Oaks Capital. Her commitment to positive organizational transformation has ensured all of those around her thrive, too.

Since joining Spring Oaks Capital in December 2020, Le’nore has made her dedication to excellence evident in every aspect of her work, first as Audit Manager and now as Vendor Oversight Manager. 

Over the past year, she spearheaded the creation of our Vendor Oversight program, implementing crucial routines, audits, and meticulous documentation management. She actively co-chairs the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Committee and the Issue and Change Management Committee, reflecting her commitment to fostering positive organizational transformation. 

She’s a supportive, trusted peer who makes the time to listen, assist, share, and collaborate. As a manager, she’s a strong advocate for her team and ensures honest, direct, and timely feedback to facilitate professional development. 

Le’nore consistently excels professionally while balancing the day-to-day of being a rockstar mother, wife, sister, and friend. She embodies the WCF mission with her unwavering dedication, leadership, and advocacy for women in the consumer finance space.
