About:

As a Client Services Manager for Gurstel Law Firm, Ashley has spent the last 14 years supporting consumer concerns in the retail legal collections space. She started as a client coordinator and currently manages the Client Services Department. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to address files at the point of intake and guide them through the legal process. She has managed teams at all levels and developed professionally throughout the shifts in roles and responsibilities. Ashley strives every day to help optimize Client Relations. She just accepted a position on the advisory board at Minnesota State University, where she will be advising on their Women in Leadership program.
