With a background in default servicing and process improvement, her career expands over several industries, including civic case management, banking, and finance. Emily worked her way up from an entry-level position to earn her seat at the table. She has managed multi-operational teams, a multitude of vendors both on and offshore and led projects that resulted in millions of dollars in cost

reduction. She is passionate about supporting the development of women and minorities and is active in her community, where she has served on various civic boards.  Emily serves as Servicing Chair of WillPower, is Vice President of The Women’s Network, and Co-Founder of the Latino Financial Leaders Network.
