About:

Jen Raber is a seasoned professional in the realm of financial services, with over 20 years of specialized experience in payments and fraud. Currently, she holds the role of Financial Crimes Compliance Competency Lead for Protiviti's Americas Delivery Center. In this capacity, Jen leads multiple client engagements within the Risk and Compliance solution.

Before her tenure at Protiviti, Jen served as the Director of Dispute Operations at Green Dot Corporation. It was there that she initiated a women's employee network group—an early indication of her commitment to gender equality and empowerment in the workplace. This passion for advocacy has continued to flourish throughout her career.

In addition to her operational responsibilities, Jen drives forward the Initiative for the Growth and Retention Of Women in the Workplace (iGROWW) at Protiviti. Through iGROWW, she actively champions diversity and inclusion initiatives that support women's development and leadership within the company.

Jen resides just outside Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband, teenage daughter, and three beloved dogs. A family-oriented individual at heart, Jen treasures time spent with loved ones—whether that be enjoying movies together or exploring new destinations through travel.
