About:
Joy Jackson received a B.S. in Political Science from Truman State University in 2001. She graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia School of Law in 2004.
Joy has been advocating for creditors primarily through collection law for the past nineteen years. She became a partner in her law firm, Faber & Brand, LLC, which practices collection law in nine states, in 2010. Then, in 2021, she became CEO.
Joy is licensed to practice law in Illinois (2004), Missouri (2005), and Arkansas (2007). She is a member of the Boone County Bar Association, current and past President of the Missouri Creditors Bar, Inc. (MCBI), past President of the Missouri Creditors Association, and past Co-Chair of the Missouri Bar Bankruptcy Creditor-Debtor Rights Committee. Joy is also a mother to three children: Sophia (19), Jackson (16), and Brett (12). Joy also stays very involved in her local community.
