With over 10 years in the consumer finance industry, Le’nore’s experience includes vendor management, audit, compliance, operations, and client services. She is currently positioned as Vendor Oversight Manager for Spring Oaks Capital, which includes overseeing compliance for 60+ vendors and functioning as liaison for Spring Oaks Capital’s speech analytics program. In addition to her role, Le’nore serves in various capacities at Spring Oaks. She is an active member of the Risk Assessment, Issues and Change Management, and Communication Committees and formerly co-chaired Spring Oaks Capital’s Diversity, Equity Inclusion and Belonging program.  As a Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager through the Compliance Education Institute and a certified Lean Six Sigma green belt, Le’nore has a passion for process improvement. Le’nore is most impactful when she is leading and growing those around her, both professionally and personally.  As a 2023 Move Maker award recipient, she was recognized by her peers and senior leadership, who stated, “Le'nore Caldwell doesn't just excel in her career at Spring Oaks Capital.
