Bio:

Marlene Fuller is a Senior Program Manager for Consumer Operations Delivery at Citizens Bank, where she provides program management expertise to ensure multiple business and technology projects are delivered within a program portfolio. She is a project management professional (PMP) and certified scrum master (CSM) with more than 20 years of experience in managing bank integrations, improving operations, leading projects, and coaching/developing teams.  She is a graduate of The College of William and Mary (BA), has a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Averett University, a Master of Divinity degree (MDIV) from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University and has an earned Doctor of Ministry (DMIN) in Formational Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary.  

 

Dr. Fuller is an author, pastor, counselor, coach, a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and a proud mom of a teenage son. She serves on the Citizens Charitable Foundation (CCF) Board and the Citizens Community Giving (CGC) Committee, the VA Institute of Pastoral Care Board, and the Board of Faith Leaders for Racial Conciliation.  Dr. Fuller is an advocate for equity and justice,  currently working to improve multi-cancer detection screening to provide better health care in marginalized communities.
