With nearly three decades of experience in the ARM industry, Roxanne has been instrumental in helping organizations achieve their growth goals. From collection agencies to debt buyers and digital technology leaders, she has built successful brands and generated millions in revenue. In her role as Chief Revenue Officer at TRAK America, Roxanne leads all sales, marketing, and strategic partnership initiatives. Her focus is on building a high-performance team and creating innovative solutions that drive an ideal customer experience and growth.

Throughout her career, Bartley has held various influential roles, including National Account Manager at Harris & Harris, Vice President of Business Development at Alpha Recovery, and EVP of Strategic Partnerships at Remitter. Prior to joining TRAK America, she successfully led her own consulting business, Bartley Ventures LLC. In each position, she actively cultivated diverse and inclusive cultures, championed the adoption of emerging technologies, and drove revenue growth. Her expertise has made
her a sought-after thought leader and frequent guest speaker on these topics.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Bartley finds fulfillment in serving her community. She advocates for her Caribbean community and represented them on the Hillsborough County Board of County Commissioner's Diversity Advisory Council. Bartley also contributes her time and expertise to the Straz Center for Performing Arts as a member of the Board of Directors, serving on the Community Engagement and Audit committees.

Always hungry for knowledge, Bartley attended City Colleges of Chicago and recently completed the MIT Management Sloan School of Business Management's Artificial Intelligence Implication for Business Strategy course. Additionally, she participated in the inaugural Fellowship of the Nonprofit Leadership Center's Advancing Racial Equity on Nonprofit Boards program in 2021.

She resides in Tampa Bay, Florida with her two sons. When she isn't driving business success, you'll likely find Bartley challenging herself in obstacle course racing, kayaking, golfing, or competing in running endurance events and triathlons.
